If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, within 30 days of delivery we’ll
exchange it, issue store credit for the full value, or refund the merchandise price upon its return.
Personalized or special-order pieces will be replaced at no charge with similar pieces if we have made an
error in your order.
If, within 3 days of purchase, you find any in-stock item offered by an authorized retailer of that brand at
a lower price, we will gladly issue a store credit for the difference.
While we make every possible effort to photograph and describe our pieces accurately, some variations are
beyond our control and cannot be guaranteed. Examples include:
- Colors that may differ slightly due to monitor settings or description limitations
- Border edges extending over prints where the glass is cut to fit the indicated size
- Material variations due to hand manufacturing
If your project has critical tolerances or requires more than 12 pieces, please communicate your exact
requirements by entering them into the “Special Instructions” field when placing your order, or by emailing
Service@SendAFrame.com with a description of your needs,
deadline, and/or problem to be solved. We will immediately review your request and respond quickly to help
meet your deadline. This is especially important where natural-material frames will be hung or displayed
together.
In order to keep our prices low and our costs controlled:
- Special-order or discontinued items, or items returned without original packing materials, will incur a minimum 40% restocking fee.
- Items returned in less than original condition may be subject to additional charges at the discretion of our Returns Supervisor.
- Photographs, personalized items, custom-made pieces, and specially ordered pieces may not be returned for refund or credit of any kind.
- Orders cancelled after 24 hours, while being serviced on time but through no fault of SendAFrame, are subject to a 20% handling and service charge.
